A 45 minute Puppy Yoga Hammock Class for the whole family! the only class in Toronto where the entire family gets to participate together, starting from 3 yrs old and up this class is all about being together. A gentle class swaying in Yoga Hammocks trying some new moves while the puppies come to say hello and join you in the hammock. Taught by an CYFI (Certified Youth Fitness Instructor) with poses designed to keep it safe, fun with tons of puppy time.
