The class everyone is Toronto is talking about and no where else offers...Puppy Hammock Hangs! Gentle yoga supported by an Aerial Hammock positioned close enough to the ground that the puppies can come visit and be lifted up to hang out with you in your hammock. A  30 min restorative gentle yoga class given by an experience Certified Instructor.  Followed by an additional 45 mins in your hammock while we give you a gentle push so you can sway with your puppy.

Hammock, mat and blocks provided.
Herbal or green tea included.

Puppy Hammock Yoga is a gentle, beginner-friendly Aerial Yoga Class designed to help you relax, smile, and connect with our Pudgy puppies. You won’t break a sweat, but you will break out into a smile! Using supportive aerial hammocks, we guide you through simple movements while the puppies wander around, play, and maybe even hop up into your hammock.

What is Puppy Hammock Yoga?

Classes at Pudgy’s Place are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 12 people. As a rescue, our classes are done ethically, prioritizing the puppies well-being. Big crowds can be overwhelming for them, smaller groups mean everyone gets quality puppy time, making it a win-win.

The minimum age for Puppy Hammock yoga is 12 years old with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

What is the Weight capacity for the hammocks?

The Hammocks can comfortably hold weight up to 375 lbs.

Yes! People of all genders are more than welcome to participate in any class at Pudgys Place. Exposure to all genders is hugely important to the rehabilitation and socialization of the rescue puppies in our care.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to take photos and videos, but please keep your footage focused on yourself or your group, please avoid using flash. If you’d like a tripod, just let us know- we’re happy to set one up for you.
