Kids Puppy Yoga

Everyone should have an opportunity to spend time with puppies, including children. In the right environment with the supervision it teaches kids respect for animals and gives the rescue puppies exposure to kids so when they are being adopted it gives them more options to find a home. We took it one step further and created the only FAMILY Puppy Yoga Hammock Class in Toronto.

With a minimum age of 3 yrs old and designed with safety as a priority for both the kids and puppies and taught by a CYFI (Certified Youth Fitness Instructor). Parents/Guardians and kids can participate TOGETHER, learning a few new moves with the Yoga Hammock as support. The 45 minute class has lots of opportunity to engage with the puppies in and out of the hammock. The Yoga Hammock is 1.5 inches from the ground to ensure no one gets injured including the puppies. The small class size allows the instructor and support staff to keep an eye on things and at the same time giving everyone time with the puppies so they are not overwhelmed.
